“I started at Heavenly Bodies with the intention of helping to manage my mental health problems. I received a really good induction and training plans, and it sparked my interest in learning more about fitness. I wanted to get fitter, stronger and lose weight but I found I really struggled to stick to my own goals. I would try to adapt healthier ways of living but couldn’t stick to them! I saw some advertisements on Instagram for personal trainers at the gym and contacted Casey J Fitness. I explained to Casey I had had some mental health difficulties and problems with binge eating which had led to weight gain. Casey was understanding of the challenges I faced and provided some personalised solutions that worked for me and lots of encouragement and feedback to help me keep going. I have worked with Casey for about 6 months, she has always been non-judgemental and patient. She has provided me with fitness education and different techniques which has helped build my confidence. Working with a PT has honestly been one of the best investments I have made, and I am amazed at the progress I have made. The best of it is, it has been a really enjoyable experience, instead of viewing weight loss and fitness as a chore as I have in the past, it has become a passion.”

“Training with Casey has completely changed my mindset. Before I started training with Casey, I’d spent most of my adult life on some kind of DIY Fitness regime or fad diet programme and had always put myself under pressure to lose weight; with weight always being my #1 goal! I have found my journey with Casey educational. You can achieve results without cutting out important food groups and doing endless cardio. Consistency is key! I enjoy my training sessions like never before. No two are ever the same! Casey pushes me each and every time and makes them challenging but somehow with an element of fun – I often wonder where the time goes. During lockdown(s) Casey was able to adapt my training and provided me with at home training plans to keep me on track. We spent valuable ‘resting’ time talking about nutrition.
