You know what thinking all them things will do though? It will cause you to have an unhealthy relationship with food.

Ive been there. Spending most of my childhood and adolescent life suffering with eating disorders and a really bad relationship with food and my body. I understand. All I ever wanted to be was skinny. But as your mindset changes, so will your goals. Now I want to be the strongest I can be, physically and mentally! And you know what no longer scares me? The scales! They are no longer my soul focus.

Let me guess girls… want to grow your glutes? Then stop fearing food!!! I didn’t get to where I am today eating 1200 calories a day for the last few years!
