New Year, Same You, New Goals.

Happy new year to you all!

How magical was it that we started this year on a Monday? New week, new month, new year!!

And with that… NEW GOALS!!!

So many of my clients (and myself) have set many new goals for the new year!!

What are my tips on goal setting?

You need to set long term and short term goals!

Your long term goal will be losing a certain amount of weight for example!

The short term goals are the goals that you will set yourself to help working towards achieving your long term goal. For example, complete 3 training sessions every week for the next month and track your food 6/7 days a week.

Short term goals really help with motivation! This is because you can see yourself ticking these goals off every week, or even every day. It will always keep your spirits high to see that you are achieving the things you set for yourself!

I always encourage my clients to make sure they are setting short term goals, alongside their long term ones for this reason!
