Normalise, normal bodies!

Let’s start with hip dips!

COMPLETELY NORMAL!

I see so many people selling workouts or magic hips dip remover machines/pills on social media.

But they will never work. Why?

Because you cannot change the structure of your bones!

Hip dips are not a sign of how healthy/unhealthy or underweight/overweight an individual is! It is simply a person’s bone structure, unique to every individual; which is why some peoples are more noticeable than others.

Hips dips are caused by the shape of your pelvis. Whilst not everyone will have noticeable hip dips, if we were all to strip down to just our skeleton, we would all have an indentation where the hip bone meets the top of the thigh.

Whilst exercising to build muscle mass and reducing body fat may help to reduce the appearance of hip dips, they won’t completely go away. There is no amazing exercise which will make your hips dips disappear.

It is important as women, we try to love and embrace our bodies! Obsessing over any body part is not healthy, especially parts which we cannot change!

Let’s start to love our hips dips, embrace them and show other women that they are a beautiful part of our bodies!
