PERSONAL TRAINING
I cater my personal training sessions for complete newbies in a gym environment to those who have experience but who just want the extra push in the gym! So do not worry about what experience you do or don’t have in the gym as Casey J Fitness has you covered!
All personal training sessions are tailored specifically to you and your fitness leveI offer 1:1 PT sessions and 2:1 PT sessions. So whether you want to train on your own or would feel more confident to train with a friend, I want to help you!

FRIDAY | 7AM | 30 MINUTES
The aim of this class is to build a strong core while having a great time and working on your general fitness.
Exercises are both body weight and weighted so is perfect for complete newbies to those more advanced.
